K2 Films (SMC-Private) Limited is a leading film and media production company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), with offices in Islamabad and Quetta. Since our incorporation in 2017, we have been dedicated to producing compelling visual content that combines cinematic excellence with authentic storytelling, helping organizations communicate ideas that inspire, educate, and create meaningful impact.
Our roots trace back to 2008, when our founders began producing documentaries and development communication content under the banner of WomenShade Pakistan. Building on years of experience and a growing portfolio of national and international projects, K2 Films was established as an independent production house to deliver world-class creative solutions for broadcasters, development agencies, government institutions, corporations, and non-profit organizations.
Over the years, we have successfully produced documentaries, television reports, corporate films, commercials, promotional campaigns, photography projects, and digital media content across Pakistan. Our work covers a diverse range of sectors, including human rights, public health, education, climate change, humanitarian response, governance, tourism, culture, economic development, and social inclusion.
